We generally provide our outfits and accessories on rent for 4 days. Any extra days beyond this will incur an additional rental fee of 10% per day, which must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Your security deposit will be the total rent amount plus double, and it is required to be paid at the time of delivery. This deposit will be refunded upon the return of all products and accessories in satisfactory condition.

If you cancel or exchange your booked product before the delivery date, 25% of your rent will be charged. If cancellation or exchange occurs on the scheduled delivery date, 50% of the rent will be charged. We may accommodate changes to delivery and return dates, subject to product availability, with cash refunds provided on the spot.

If any damage or loss occurs to the booked outfit, you will need to select another outfit from the available options. You are liable to pay for any damage or loss caused by you to our products.

Dry cleaning charges will be applied in case of stains caused by haldi, flowers, oil, etc., during your use of our products.
